Exemplary Performance teamed with Seattle Pacific University to deliver a series of Human Performance Workshops to The Boeing Company. The focus on the workshops was building internal capability for Performance Technologists within Boeing to partner with their line of business counterparts in finding strategic solutions to performance issues. Historically, training was the default answer for most performance issues. However, research shows that roughly 1 in 10 performance issues can be resolved solely by training. Most solutions require a combination of interventions looking at both organizational and individual factors.
Exemplary Performance has been working with Boeing throughout 2007 to design and implement a Performance-based approach to responding to training requests. This training event was part of that overall effort.
