Dana Sohr has worked as a consultant with Exemplary Performance for the past five years, supporting global Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP) implementations for our clients. He has 30 years of experience designing and developing innovative end-user solutions to complex human-performance challenges. He has worked on large ERP implementations of for over 25 years, starting with the first implementation of SAP in the United States. In 1995, Dana developed and articulated a widely adopted Adult Learning Model for ERP engagements in 1995, and in 1997 he envisioned and directed the development of the first version of SAP Productivity Pak, a rapid training-development and management tool. He has led project teams on dozens of complex engagements all over the world.
