Jaime Torchiana, M.S.

President

As President of Exemplary Performance, LLC, Jaime amplifies individual talent, drives high-performing teams to greater organizational success, and she works tirelessly to be seen as a leader who motivates others to be their very best. She believes that everyone has a purpose in life, a unique talent to give others that speaks from the soul. Her work is her passion.

Jaime is most energized by client work that includes engaged leaders who are willing to work hard, teams that place a high value on bringing order to chaos, and positive client environments that celebrate success, share knowledge, and value continuous learning.

She considers herself lucky to have found these opportunities within Fortune 100 and 500 companies in industries spanning retail, pharmaceutical, global banking, media, sports broadcasting, high-tech, and logistics.

Described as the “high-performer’s high performer” by former managers, Jaime brings her insatiable curiosity for performance improvement and flow to her personal life. She enjoys the discipline and training for Triathlon and Duathlon events, competing in them nationally. When visiting clients, she’ll be interested in local eateries and may recruit you to join her for a run or spin class.

Jaime received her Master of Science in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University (2001), and her BS in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University (2000). She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Brandywine YMCA and their Believe and Achieve Committee, which offers scholarships for after-school care and summer camp for children ages 5-15 from low-income families.
